Replacement Fees for Unreturned Books  

Books that are not returned to the Library after repeated notifications to the patron will be billed as follows:

 Science Books

$100.00

 Non-Science Books

$50.00

 Processing Fee (Additional, for ALL items)

$20.00

• The Library reserves the right to adjust or raise the replacement amount in accordance with the value of the book.
  
  
• Replacement copies may not be supplied by the patron.
  
  
• Failure to return books or pay replacement fees will result in suspension of Library privileges.  A hold will also be placed on USP academic records until the matter is resolved.
