** Are you encountering an error while filling out an application? **

We have identified a problem with our online application and we apologize for the inconvenience. We have found that when you go to add a new Job/Activity/Classes taken/etc. that this sometimes causes an online error. We are working very hard to resolve this issue, and we appreciate your patience.

We have developed the following work-around which has a 100% success rate. Please follow these directions carefully:

1. Click the button to add a new value.
2. A text box will appear for you to type in. Please enter your information.
3. Then click on the button to save the new entry.
4. Once your new entry appears on the screen, we highly recommend that you click the application button at the bottom of the page.
5. The page should refresh. Repeat this process from step 1 to continue to add values.
   

We have found that by clicking the button in between each new value, users are able to finishing filling out their application.

Common Causes for Errors

• Entering HTML in a form field, usually when trying to insert a link. Try removing any <a href="URL">link</a> and inserting the URL as plain text.
• Please be aware that the recommended browser for submitting an application online is either Internet Explorer 7.0+ or Firefox 2.0+.
• If you are encountering an error with the online application , you have two options available to recieve help :
